The City of Danville offers two options for automatic payments.
Autopay with Invoice Cloud:
Autopay with Invoice Cloud allows you to make your monthly utility payments on your due date with your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card or e-check). With Invoice Cloud you will have the option to update or change that payment method at any time. A minimum fee of $2.50 or 2.95% is applied to Autopay payments to process the payment through Invoice Cloud.
To enroll in Autopay through Invoice Cloud you must register your account with Invoice Cloud and follow the steps outlined in How to Enroll in Autopay
ACH
ACH Payments are automatic payments directly from your checking account. There is no service fee since your bank handles the transfer of funds.
To enroll in ACH, complete the Authorization Form and return it to the City of Danville Municipal Utilities Department, along with a voided check, at 445 W Main Street, Danville, KY 40422.
