Ordinance #1733: "An ordinance related to the
protection of public health and welfare by
regulating smoking in public places and places
of employment" is now available on the city

Parking Garage Power Outage
In order to test all operations of the Parking
Garage the electricity will be turned off
starting at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 3rd.
Testing will take approximately 1-2 hours
before all operations are brought back online.
The gates will be raised and testing should not
inhibit anyone from accessing the Parking
Garage. If anyone has any questions please
contact Codes Enforcement at 859-238-1200.
Public Hearing: Architectural Review Board
A public hearing will be held by the
Architectural Review Board at City Hall
Commission Chambers on Friday, April 18, 2008
at 4:00pm. The purpose being to receive
comments regarding revisions to the Design
Guidelines, which apply to the historic
district and landmarks or property within the
district.

(a) It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant or person having control or management of any land within the city to permit a public nuisance, health hazard or source of filth to develop thereon through the accumulation of rubbish, the excessive growth thereon of weeds or grass or the keeping of any other nuisance. Stormwater Non Residential ERU Data

Single Family Residential properties in
Danville is now available on the stormwater
downloads page. To calculate the bill
for each property, multiply the ERU total
by the current rate, $1.50 per month. If

The Danville City Commission will be holding
two meetings to take comments from the public
regarding Smoke-Free Workplaces. The meetings
will be held on Monday, February 18 and
Tuesday, February 26 at 6:30pm in the
Commission Chambers at City Hall. The
Smoke-Free Workplace Ordinance Draft presented
by Roger Trent, Boyle County Health Department,
to the City Commission is posted for viewing on
