Bluegrass Ride now offers low-cost trips to Nicholasville/Lexington; free routes in Danville

Bluegrass Ride - Danville

Since August 2023, Bluegrass Ride through Bluegrass Community Action, has offered free public transportation around Danville. Danville routes run Monday-Saturday from any RIDE signed bus stops. Bus Stop locations and routes/schedules can be found here

Riders may request a deviation from the designated route up to 1/2 mile for free and can schedule a pickup at 800-456-6588 at least 24 hours in advance. Riders may request to depart anywhere along the route.

Regional Route - Danville to Nicholasville to Lexington

Regional routes are offered Monday through Friday from the Walnut St/College St Stop and the Danville Downtown Transfer Stop at Walnut St & 3rd.
