Registration Open for 47th Annual Constitution 5K Run for the Arts
Registration is now open for the 47th Annual Constitution 5K Run for the Arts, scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 14, in downtown Danville.
Runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels are invited to participate. Registration begins at 3:30 p.m. at Weisiger Park, and the race starts at 5 p.m. at Constitution Square. Proceeds from the event benefit Art Center of the Bluegrass, supporting its mission to connect all people to art, creativity and culture.
Registration fees and sponsorships directly support the Center’s educational programs, exhibitions and outreach initiatives that serve artists and art enthusiasts of all ages.
“Run for the Arts is a great way to come together as a community, get active and support the arts,” said executive director Laura Elwyn. “Every step you take helps bring more creativity to our region.”
