Rentals
Rentals or reservations may be requested through our online portal (must sign up or sign in) or by contacting 859-238-1233.
All field and facility rentals require that you obtain a liability insurance policy through an insurance company, with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage for the event.
For reservations at the Jennie Rogers Community Center, please call 859-516- 5442.
Reservations are considered pending until you receive confirmation from Parks & Recreation staff.
To utilize the park for your special event, please contact 859-238-1233.
Community Trust Bank Shelter:
$25.00 per two hour rental
This shelter, also known as our smaller shelter, can comfortably hold up to 30 people. There are picnic tables located in each shelter, and a charcoal grill.
Rotary - Kroger Shelter
$50.00 per two-hour rental
This shelter is our larger shelter, and can hold up to 75 people comfortably. There are picnic tables located in each shelter, and a charcoal grill.
Ball Fields
$15.00 per hour (M-F)
$175.00 per day, per field (weekend)
There are four fields at each complex (baseball or softball) available for reservation. To host a larger event, please contact 859-238-1233.
5K Rentals
$50 per day
5K Reservations include use of the Rotary - Kroger Shelter. Please call 859-238-1233 to discuss your event.
Fairgrounds Large Building:
$300 per day
Fairgrounds Small Shelter:
$25.00 per two-hour rental
Tennis Courts
$15.00 per hour per court.

Meeting or Party Space
Located in the upper floor of the Bunny Davis Recreational Complex, the party room is great for any celebration or meeting. Limited tables and chairs can be provided.
Business Hours: $25.00 per hour + $50.00 Cleaning Deposit
After Hours: $50.00 per hour + $50.00 cleaning deposit
