Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC)
Applications & Reports
Anyone interested in applying for an ABC license must complete the applicable applications and submit them to the ABC Administrator for local approval. Businesses must be registered prior to beginning operation.
City Applications
- City ABC Application (PDF) (Must also complete a State Application and include with City Application)
- Temporary Application (PDF) (must be turned in 30 days in advance of the event date)
- City License Surrender Form (PDF)
City Reports
City ABC Regulatory Reports are mailed to the licensee 30 days prior to the due date. Regulatory Fee Reports are to be completed and filed quarterly by the end of the month immediately following each quarter.
State Applications
Apply online for State Alcohol Licenses 5 business days before the event. In order to receive local approval, you must submit your City ABC Application with applicable license fee(s) to the ABC Administrator in the Police Department, City Hall, 445 W. Main St., Danville, KY 40422
