Member Information
Members must be a city resident of at least one year who does not hold an elected office or appointed office or position with the city. Must have a known reputation for integrity and knowledge of city government. The Board of Commissioners may appoint two alternate members of the Board of Ethics who may be called upon to serve when any regular member of the Board is unable to discharge his/her duties. An alternate member shall be appointed for a term of one year. Alternate members shall meet all qualifications and be subject to all of the requirements of this article that apply to regular members.
