Member Information
The Board of Directors for the Danville-Boyle County Economic Development Partnership (EDP) is a diverse group of active community leaders from both public and private sectors. Our governing board is composed of three Directors appointed by the Boyle County Fiscal Court; three Directors appointed by the Danville City Commission; three Directors appointed by the Boyle County Industrial Foundation, Inc.; three Directors appointed by our Private Sector Investors that invest at least $25,000 annually in the Partnership; three Directors at Large elected by the board who represent the community and economic interests of Boyle County, Kentucky; and one Director appointed by each of the Cities of Junction City and Perryville if they invest a minimum financial amount in the Partnership annually on a fiscal year basis. The City of Junction City, the Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce, Inc., the Danville-Boyle County Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Heart of Danville, Inc., and Main Street Perryville, Inc., are currently Advisory Partners that may each appoint one non-voting representative to the board.

Implementing Authority
The Partnership was organized in 2006 by the former Boyle County Community Development Council, and functions through a Memorandum of Agreement among its nine Partners.

About the Board
The Danville-Boyle County Economic Development Partnership, Inc., is an alliance of the Boyle County Industrial Foundation, Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce, Danville-Boyle County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Heart of Danville Main Street Program, Main Street Perryville, and the local governments of Boyle County, Kentucky, and Cities of Danville, Junction City, and Perryville.
