Responsibilities

The Finance Department administers all financial functions of the City. Included among its many duties are:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable (Billing)
  • Cash Flow
  • Custody of Funds
  • Debt Administration
  • Financial Reporting including the Annual Audit
  • General Accounting Activities
  • Grant Financial Administration
  • Managing City Investments
  • Registration of businesses
  • Collecting insurance premium taxes
