Works
Public Works is composed of the Street, Cemetery, and Beautification Departments.
Street:
The Street Department is responsible for the maintenance of city roads and storm sewers. They also conduct the leaf pickup during the fall and salting roads during the winter.
Beautification:
The Beautification Department maintains grounds maintenance for city buildings and the reforestation at the city farm. All mums that are planted during the fall are grown by this department at the city farm.
Cemetery:
The Cemetery Department maintains city cemeteries, and is responsible for scheduling and records of burials at both Bellevue and Hill Dale cemeteries.
