The following ordinances have been passed and published by the Danville City Commission, but have yet to be codified and available for searching online through American Legal Publishing Corporation.

All ordinances that have been passed and published by the City Commission and codified are available for searching online through American Legal Publishing Corporation. There are two versions available, "Frames" and "No Frames". Frames version makes it eaisier to find what you are looking for, but is not supported by older browsers.  If the frames version will not work, try the no frames version.

City of Danville Online Ordinance Search 

  • Ordinance No. 1818 - An Ordinance of the City of Danville, Kentucky, proposing to annex to the City of Danville the unincorporated territory lying adjacent to and contiguous with the present city boundaries, located on the west side of US Hwy 127 and North Side of Gentry Lane, which property is owned by Ronald D. Scott and consists of 22.017 acres, more or less, being more accurately described below.
  • Ordinance No. 1817 - An Ordinance amending a portion of Ordinance No. 1806, which established the City of Danville, Kentucky, Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 7-1-12 through 6-30-13 by appropriating funds for the operation of City Government.
  • Ordinance No. 1816 - An Ordinance pursuant to KRS 82.082 granting Corning Incorporated a remediation and redevelopment incentive and specifying the company's performance and repayment obligations.
  • Ordinance No. 1815 - An Ordinance changing the zone from IBD (Industrial Business Development) to HC (Highway - Commercial) for 1.170 Acres of Property located at 115, 902, 904, 906, 908, and 910 Perryville Street in Danville, Kentucky.
  • Ordinance No. 1814 - An Ordinance changing the zone from IBD (Industrial Business Development) and H-C (Highway Commercial to NCR-B (Neighborhood Center Residential) for 3.558 Acres of property located on Centre Estates Drive in Danville, Kentucky. 
  • Ordinance No. 1813 - An Ordinance amending certain provisions of the City's existing ordinance pertaining to historic districts that was previously amended in Ordinance No. 1802.
  • Ordinance No. 1812 - An Ordinance of the City of Danville authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 2012 in the Aggregate Principal Amount of $4,625,000 to finance various capital improvement projects.
  • Ordinance No. 1811 - An Ordinance enacting and adopting a supplement to the Code of Ordinance of the City of Danville, Kentucky.
  • Ordinance No. 1810 - An Ordinance of the City of Danville, Kentucky, providing for the issuance of the City's "Water and Sewer System Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2012".
  • Ordinance No. 1809 - An Ordinance establishing Ad Valorem Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 and penalties for Non-Payment.

  • Ordinance No. 1819 - An Ordinance changing the Zone from GR-B (General Residential-Small Lot) to NCR-B (Neighborhood Center Residential) for0.743 Acres of Property located at the corner of Highland Court and Centre Estates Drive in Danville, Kentucky.
